After getting to know my work and me as a person a little bit, I’d heartily recommend contacting me as soon as possible, in order to find out whether I’ve got your event dates available. While contacting me, it’s a great idea to toss in a tiny bit of information about your we,ding such as the location and what kind of package you’re looking for.

First meeting is always free of charge.

Usually I like to meet my clients through a video meeting or over a coffee when possible, to talk through the details. We’ll chat about things and Details important to you. What inspires you, how you guys got together and what kind of photography inspires you the most. Basically we’re making sure we’re a match to eatch other :)

Once we’ve settled on the dates and the plan you require, I’ll send you a contract, as well as an invoice for a reservation fee.

Reservation Fee is 20% of the total sum, which will then be deducted from the final invoice.

I’ll send the final invoice a week before the event, with two weeks of payment time.

I’ll also check on you if there’s been any final changes to the schedule, and in case there have been any important additions that need to be covered. This way we’ll make sure I’m in the right place at the right time.

You’ll also have a chance to make last minute questions and suggestions.

It’s the wedding day! Time for you to enjoy. I’m available through the day, and will be making sure that every moment is captured. Feel free to come ask me anything or just have a supportive chat! I’ll be keeping my energy high and the guests comfortable in front of the camera.

Phew, done. That was fun! Now it’s time for the post processing. I’ll send you a sample gallery within 96 hours of the wedding, or five days in case of extensive travel.

Usually I aim to have the full gallery out within a week as I’m well aware of how important and exciting the wedding was!

Photographer keeps the right to use the photography on his website and social medias for marketing and promotional use.
